Your authoritative, multi-channel network for natural resources and environmental information since 1989 – by practioners for practitioners.

Our newest Reporter – the Environmental, Energy & Climate Change Law and Regulation Reporter – isn’t really new. Rather, it represents the combination of two of our existing publications, the Climate Change Law & Policy Reporter and the Environmental Liability, Enforcement & Penalties Reporter.

Our rationale for the merger? When we launched the Climate Change Law & Policy Reporter 13 years ago, the topic was emerging. There were specific aspects of content that were distinctly characteristic of the issues involving climate change mitigation and adaptation. But for the Clean Air Act, there were few regulations and little case law devoted to the topic. Since that time, climate change issues have come to permeate aspects of natural resources, land use and environmental law, policy and regulation and with that, the topics and issues we have covered in the Environmental Liability, Enforcement & Penalties Reporter which we launched 30 years ago. We also saw that energy and alternative energy represented issues that often overlap into environmental and climate change law. Therefore, it made sense to combine the two publications, and to devote more coverage to energy issues as well.

The Environmental, Energy & Climate Change Law and Regulation Reporter is the one source you need to stay current on the crucial issues at the nexus of Environmental, Energy and Climate Change law and regulation. The Environmental, Energy & Climate Change Law and Regulation Reporter is the only monthly publication that brings you complete, unbiased, legal analysis, timely news items unavailable elsewhere, regulatory developments and policy updates.
